Ultrasonic welding machine / lace machine, as the name implies, is a machine that uses the high-frequency oscillation of ultrasonic wave to clean the surface of weldment joint and heat it locally, and then applies pressure to realize the welding method.
Through repeated experiments, sptech optimizes the parameters of power tube to make it more suitable for ultrasonic application. The voltage, current, switching time and junction capacitance of CE and CB are optimized.
The new layout design of the chip can better match the circuit of Ever Green / Minghe / Branson.
